As the Director of Finance, Lisa Weir provides the leadership and oversight of SecureStrux’s financial operations and strategy. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, gained from her previous role as the CFO of a precision plastic injection molding corporation, where she worked closely with the COO, benefiting from valuable mentorship that expanded her business acumen. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, where she also showcased her talents on the basketball court.

With over two decades of accounting experience, Lisa has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in various financial domains, including a decade specializing in DoD contracting, making her a valued asset at SecureStrux.

Lisa resides in Maryland, where she enjoys gardening and caring for her goats and dogs, and she is also an avid sports enthusiast.
