Lauren’s expertise spans more than a decade in finance, accounting, operations, payroll, and human resources. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leadership teams to improve financial processes, streamline operations, support business growth, and foster a positive team environment. She is passionate about helping businesses grow by combining thoughtful problem-solving with a people-first approach, believing that the strongest organizations are built by teams who genuinely care about one another.

Known for her positive attitude and encouraging spirit, Lauren strives to help create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. Kindness, humility, and collaboration are her most valuable contributions to SecureStrux.

Fostering her connection with nature, animals, and family is the foundation of her life outside of work. Kayaking is a top pick for outdoor activities along with being with her horse at the barn. Taking road trips and exploring with her husband and two children is recharging and they never forget to bring along their two golden retrievers, Beau and Bella. On rainy days you would find her reading books or binge-watching Harry Potter.
