About the Job
The Cyber Tools Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of Cyber TPs in the NT labs, the C2BMC Testbed (CTB), and Ops. This includes installing, deploying, and unit testing Cyber Products such as CyberArk, HBSS, ACAS, ArcSight, MFA, BigFix, Endgame, KMS, etc.

The Work You’ll Do
- This position is responsible for the development and implementation of Cyber TPs in the NT labs, the C2BMC Testbed (CTB), and Ops.
- Tasks include:
- Installing, deploying, and unit testing Cyber Products (e.g., CyberArk, HBSS, ACAS, ArcSight, MFA, BigFix, Endgame, KMS, etc.).
- Providing redlines to COS engineers and feedback to Cyber Leadership will be required as part of position responsibilities.
- Documenting lessons learned, best security engineering practices, and industry standards will be required in daily tasks as well.
- The Cyber Tools Specialist will support the Cyber Tools team as part of the Platform and Infrastructure (P&I) ART.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent years of experience.
- Must have an IAT Level II 8570 Compliant Certification such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, etc.
- Minimum of an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- The position requires the following Cyber Engineering skills:
- Technical trouble shooting of software applications and integrating COTS products
- Data analytics of system vulnerabilities and mission impacts
- Risk mitigation resulting in system accreditation.
- Must have working knowledge of implementing DISA STIGs and GPOs.
- The position requires a strong knowledge of Cyber technology and DoD information assurance system certification.
- Requires hands-on experience utilizing patch management, scanning & auditing, security event monitoring, host-based security and multi-factor tools in an integrated lab environment.
- Excellent technical document preparation skills and verbal communications are required for presentation of technical Cyber issues and reports to Agile Release Train (ART) leadership.
Preferred
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle utilizing Risk Management Framework (RMF) is a plus.
Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000
