Amy Morris

Senior Director of Growth

Amy Morris serves as the Senior Director of Growth at SecureStrux, where she leads the company’s Department of Defense (DoD) contracting initiatives and develops strategic growth plans aligned with the company’s vision. With over 20 years of experience in business development, capture, and proposal management, Amy plays a vital role in driving mission-sustaining initiatives and expanding the company’s footprint across government and commercial sectors.

Her deep expertise in strategic captures spans multiple government agencies, including NAVSEA, NIWC, DHS, USAF, USCG, NRL, the US Army. Prior to joining SecureStrux, Amy held leadership roles in business development and proposal management for DoD government contractors.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and maintains professional certifications in Capture Management, Proposal Management, and Proposal Writing from Shipley Associates.

Amy lives in Virginia Beach, VA, where she enjoys doing reformer Pilates and embracing all that coastal life has to offer. Born and raised on the South Shore of Boston, Amy is a proud fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats!
