Jennifer Cottle is a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst for SecureStrux. She provides Cybersecurity Assessments for Clients within the Department of Defense (DoD) by providing expert advice and cyber assessments for Windows, Domain Naming Services (DNS), McAfee’s Enterprise Policy Orchestrator (ePO) Services and Host Based Security System (HBSS) endpoints, Web, Database, Application, and Mobility technologies.
Jennifer brings over 10 years of cyber compliance, and Information Assurance (IA) Security experience to SecureStrux. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer provided support for the Gold Disk, developed and taught Defense Information System Agency Risk Management Executive (DISA RME) Application Security and Development Walkthrough class, as well as performed similar cybersecurity assessments for DISA FSO. She is recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in conducting compliance inspections dealing with Windows/DNS, HBSS, Web, Database, and Mobility technologies, and conducting USCYBERCOM, Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs) and DISA RME Certification and Accreditation assessments.
Jennifer has earned an M.S. in Computer Science from Wake Forest University. She is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), and is also certified within DISA RME’s Reviewer Certification Program (RCP) as a CCRI Reviewer for USCYBERCOM.
