Anna brings over 15 years of diverse, multi-sector experience in talent acquisition, project management, and HR ops. She began as an agency recruiter in Washington, DC, but soon found her true calling in the Federal space working as a consultant for BAE Systems and Booz Allen. Early on, she discovered the power of data, research, and market trends in driving organizational success and began incorporating these elements into her work. As a data-driven Senior Leader, Anna is dedicated to implementing diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices. With a background in full life cycle recruiting and data analysis, she leverages evidence-based research and data to shape policies, improve the employee experience, and foster collaborative talent acquisition and development practices in an ever-evolving economic landscape. Anna strongly believes in strengthening partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable organizational improvement. Her focus on driving diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration is a key driver in achieving tangible results and creating a thriving work environment.
Outside of work, Anna lives with her partner, Ed, and their two pugs Frank and Frida. They split their time between their homes in Washington, DC, and Pittsburgh, PA. She enjoys being a foodie, traveling the world, being involved in her community, snowboarding, rock climbing, and restoring antique furniture.
