As a Senior Host Base Security Systems (HBSS) Engineer for SecureStrux, Anthony Farina is responsible for managing and maintaining the Regional Cyber Center Pacific’s (RCC-PAC) enterprise HBSS systems. In addition to managing HBSS daily operations, Anthony keeps HBSS systems in compliance with various U.S. Cyber Command Operation Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentation Orders (FRAGO), Compliance Task Orders (CTO), and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). He provides expert level guidance in all aspects of HBSS support to include account setups, port enabling, deploy and load agents, deploy and load policies & modules, and overall monitoring.
Anthony previously worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Systems (HPES) and EDS supporting the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) as an Information Assurance Analyst. He has more than 20 years supporting DoD projects in the Pacific and has a wealth of technical expertise in a variety of technologies.
Anthony holds the CompTIA CASP, Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Hawaii.
